Optimized product description:
Frozen Flying Fish Roe is mechanically separated from its natural fibers, washed, cleaned, and dehydrated with salt before freezing. It has a fresh marine aroma, a natural yellow to yellowish-white color, and a firm spherical texture.
Packaging and technical details:
Packed in 10 kg net-weight carton boxes. Roe diameter: 2.5 mm. Salt content: 10%. Origin: FAO Area 87, Pacific Ocean. Stored at ≤ -18 °C with a shelf life of 24 months.
Optimized product description:
Frozen Sea Urchin Roe is shucked, selected, and washed to preserve its natural condition before freezing. It has a fresh aroma characteristic of marine algae, a natural yellow-orange color, and a firm texture typical of the species.
Packaging and technical details:
Available in presentations from 15 g to 100 g, as well as 50 BS and 500 g blocks. Packed in polystyrene trays and corrugated carton boxes. Origin: FAO Area 87, Pacific Ocean. Stored at ≤ -18 °C with a shelf life of 24 months.
Optimized product description:
Giant Squid corresponds to the species Dosidicus gigas and is processed according to cut, weight, and commercial requirements. The product line can be developed in fillet, tentacle, wing, neck, tube, chunks, scraps, and reproductive organ presentations.
Packaging and technical details:
Origin: Peru, Southeast Pacific Ocean, FAO Area 87. Frozen using the Block Quick Frozen, BQF, method. Available in 20 kg presentations and/or according to client requirements. Transported at -18 °C with a shelf life of 24 months.
Optimized product description:
Rainbow Trout, corresponding to the species Oncorhynchus mykiss, comes from controlled farming centers and is intended for direct human consumption. It can be processed into whole, GG, HG, HGT, butterfly, fillet, medallion, and portion presentations according to commercial requirements.
Packaging and technical details:
Frozen using IQF or IVP systems. Packed in polyethylene sheets and/or bags, with polypropylene vacuum packaging available according to client and destination requirements. Stored and transported at -18 °C with a shelf life of 24 months from freezing.
Optimized product description:
Mahi Mahi, corresponding to the species Coryphaena hippurus, is a pelagic fish from tropical and subtropical waters, valued for its white, lean, mild-flavored flesh. It is suitable for international markets and can be processed into whole gutted, fillets, portions, steaks, chunks, skewers, fins, and pulp presentations.
Packaging and technical details:
Origin: Peru, Southeast Pacific Ocean, FAO Area 87. Frozen using the IQF method. Available in 5 kg, 10 lb, 10 kg, 14 kg, 15 kg, 20 kg, 22 kg, and/or according to client requirements. Packed in Magna or polyethylene bags and corrugated carton boxes. Transported at ≤ -18 °C with a shelf life of 24 months.
